Abdulahi Abdulle Hassan (Dhaqaale)
President of Somali Basketball Federation
He was born and raised in Mogadishu, where he attended primary, intermediate, and high school.
He holds a master’s degree in Public Law and works as a lawyer in Mogadishu.
He joined the sport of basketball in 1981, starting with the Hodon District team, then the Sahan team, and later the Somalifruit team. He has been a basketball coach and referee since 1992, achieving the third-highest level in Sweden. He continues to be active in the sport.
